Hammond M3 MIDI Retrofit
Custom design and install of photo-interrupt circuit and Arduino controller as a multiplexer for an original Hammond M3 organ manual.

Music Studio Auto-Shutdown
Raspberry Pi and custom sensing and control circuits for detecting the temperature of the analog board (API Vision Console) and automatically shutting down the whole audio system when overheating.

MIDI Controller for Focusrite Preamps
Hardware control interface using rotary encoders and Arduino controller to sense the encoder states and send MIDI control signals to update digital preamp levels.

Talkback Microphone and Preamp
Talkback microphone box as an extension of the one built-in to the API Vision console. For use by producers or other listeners in the control room beside the engineer.

EMT Plate Reverb Mod
Repaired the damper-position sensing circuit. Added power relay and control circuit to avoid powering up the plate amp when not needed for the session.

Built a portable guitar amp rig for use in the electronic music studios. Complete with small rack with power, an amp, and an API guitar pedal.

MIDI Power Relay System
To ensure that the multiple, distributed MIDI input extensions through the live room were recognized by the computer, I built and installed a relay system that could be controlled with the proper timing.

Music Studio UPS + Control Circuit
Designed and installed a custom power control circuit complete with UPS and Arduino to ensure the proper sequence of power was followed for the safety of computer and peripheral hardware. Robust to power surges and user errors.
